I was wondering why i cannot have an orgasm when having oral sex?

Oral stimulation does not usually generate the kind of stimulation that takes you to the height of reaching orgasm. Different people have different thresholds for orgasm; need different types stimulation to reach it; Other factors can influence it too for ex., increasing age, certain medications, chronic illnesses (ex diabetes) etc.
